Health ICT

HealthICT is a Kansas Department of Health and Environment funded initiative, coordinated by MSSC, that aims to reduce obesity, diabetes, heart attack and stroke in Sedgwick County.

The mission of Health ICT is to create and enhance sustainable environmental and systems changes to help people achieve wellness, to transform systems with providers to empower patients and to coordinate accessibility to healthy lifestyle programs.  People. Providers. Programs. Policies.
